Governing Law and Language
The laws of the State of Anjouan govern the DK88 Malaysia Terms, with The Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 named as the Act. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with Anjouan's courts.

A Single DK88 Account per Person
The rule is firm: every person has one account. Second profiles, accounts using somebody else's data, coordinated user groups, fraudulent payments, chargebacks and collusion all count as breaches.

The Terms let us ask for additional checks. We may request evidence of identity, address, wealth and funds, show who owns a payment account, or ask for a video call. A withdrawal, or even the account, can be paused until the request is met.
